The company’s history dates back to 1968 when Ernesto Allaria Ledesma – its founder- started carrying out stock market activities. Allaria Ledesma was structured as a sole-proprietorship between 1988 to 1995. In this period of growth, the company acquired technologies, human resources and incorporated the Portfolio Management and Research Divisions. The broker-dealer was finally constituted as a corporation in 1995.
