S&P Global Ratings revised outlook on Standard Chartered Bank to stable

S&P Global Ratings affirmed the "A" Foreign Currency LT credit rating of Standard Chartered Bank on November 24, 2016. At the same time the rating agency revised outlook to stable from positive.
