Moody's downgrades Bank RSB 24 (JSC) to C from Caa1; ratings to be withdrawn

Moody's Investors Service has today downgraded the long-term local- and foreign-currency deposit ratings of Bank RSB 24 (JSC) (formerly Russlavbank), as well as the bank's local-currency senior unsecured debt rating to C from Caa1. At the same time, Moody's lowered the bank's baseline credit assessment (BCA)/Adjusted BCA to c from caa1 and affirmed the bank's Not-Prime short-term local- and foreign-currency deposit ratings. The outlook on the bank's long-term deposit and debt ratings is changed to no outlook from negative.
