Petron Corporation, Philippine energy company, sold 7-year peso denominated global eurobond worth Ps20bn ($469m). The Reg-S bond was sold at par to with a 7% coupon. It will mature on November 10, 2017. Credit Suisse, Deutsche bank, HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank were joint bookrunners for the deal, which has not been rated yet. Petron Corporation became the first corporate issuer to sell peso-denominated bonds in international DCM after the launch of the global peso sovereign.
